Water Pipe page 3

A "Water Pipe" is a tobacco (or other substance) pipe that uses water as a filter. In other words, a "Bong" or "Hookah", but the term is often used in head shops because it is a product that can be legally used as a tobacco smoking device and does not attract the "unwanted" attention the other terms often do. :)
